I used to like the food but since Sam took over it's been very disappointing. Haven't ordered for a few months because last time we got donairs it was the frozen meat you buy at wholesale foods. I could tell because every piece was the exact same cut, thin and long. It was soaked with so much sauce the pita was falling apart and there was way more lettuce than necessary and very little meat. They do not have a spit that turns the meat like traditional donairs or shawarmas.
Today I ordered a steak sub. Lettuce tomatoes onions and cheese.
$17.00 plus tax and 2.99 delivery fee and a $5.00 tip. Over $25.00 one steak sub.
Should of taken a picture but was so disgusted I took 2 bites and it was enough to throw it out.
Again way too much romaine lettuce steak ha very few pieces overcooked and tough and stringy, onions no cheese whatsoever and again soaked in sauce i did not ask for.
Needless to say we will never again order from there.
Last time I called back and complained to Sam the new owner and he offered 50% off my next order. I didn't ask for because It this time, maybe I should have.

Lovely pizza as usual but the wings were disappointing, very skinny chickens 😂 Also didn’t realize there was a $4 tip added into my online bill and gave the delivery guy $5 also. Lucky night for him 🥳

Still true to your long-lasting great reputation. I haven't enjoyed your pizza in years. Rarely am I in your area of town. I picked one up yesterday and it was good ol Lorenzo's.
